E-mail: depart@gsen.ru. Summary: The requirement of the system of organizations of the Federal service is not completely satisfied. Qualitative preparation of experts is necessary for realization of personnel potential of organizations of the Federal service at all study levels according to current requirements of the employer. Realization of administrative reform, state policy improving for the provision of public services, removal of excessive barriers to business require interaction of experts of organizations of the Federal Service for surveillance of Consumer rights protection and human well-being with a management of the faculties of medical higher educational institutions for participation in preparation of doctors of a medical- prophylactic profile. The extremely actual are organizational and regulatory aspects of preparation of experts of the medical-prophylactic profile both at the pre-college, pregraduate and postgraduate levels of study. Е-mail: mechnik@gmail.com Summary: Analysis and evaluation of various forms of training of physicians of preventive-medical profile in higher school and on the bases were made with participation of Rospotrebnadzor authorities and establishments. Recommendations on improvement of Rospotrebnadzor management structure were given. The suggested structure requires training of specialists in specialities requiring organisation of primary specialisation in specialities of preventive-medical profile and advanced training via professional retraining + training under the program of civil employees.
